The breakfast spread is good. We booked room for 2 and hotel upgraded us to room for 4, big and spacious.

The breakfast is at basement with no lift access so not so ideal if you are travelling with seniors.

Good choice of breakfast, very comfortable bed (quite hard, but that's what I consider comfortable), helpful and polite staff and great location to Hualien Town center (Night Market, Buddhist temple, street shopping etc.).

Decent hotel at Hualien

A bit pricey than my expectations for Hualien Clean room, clean bathroom. Good room size w complimentary drinks in the fridge Breakfast spread was good but unable to enjoy them most days as most tourists activities starts early and breakfast starts around the same time as pickup time.

Location is not as convenient as it's a bit far from the train station; but right next to night market.

Probably need more sound proof as can hear the noise front the street. Also the bed and pillows are not comfortable.

Got 2 toilets very good. Location is good also, near to the night market.

Prefer to have bed frame rather than the mattress on the floor. Will be even better if there is also bathing facilities for the other toilet.

Overall pleasant and good value for money.

The room was clean and the location was convenient for parking and access to night market as well as driving to Taroko National park

The quality of the breakfast selection as it related to “western” foods was a bit average - think they could have better fruits, some form of juice and higher quality croissants and coffee.

Location free parking, tho security is a bit of a concern

1. The Room carpets are old and moldy. 2. For hotels in humid area, i think carpets should NOT be used or they should be changed regularly 3. Beds are placed adjacent or very near the curtains which have questionable cleanliness ???? NOT HYGIENIC 4. Lobby have no comfortable chairs/sofa for guests to use while waiting for check-in
